AN ELECTION has been called to replace two members of Theydon Bois Parish Council who resigned amid a row over the authority's "lack of transparency".
Jacqueline Dodman and Mike Emmett quit in April following an internal dispute between councillors surrounding the council's purchase of a community centre.
Ms Dodman also accused fellow councillors of not giving support to the Theydon Bois Action Group.
Forms to nominate someone to stand in the election are now available from the district council's offices in Epping High Street.
The deadline for nominations to stand is Thursday, May 20.
If the poll is contested the election will be held on Thursday, June 17.
