COOKING enthusiasts can learn more about the natural ingredients on offer in Redbridge during a day of foraging at one of the borough's beauty spots.
Residents will find out how to identify seasonal hedgerow foods during the event, which will be led by expert bushcraft instructor Enric Cucarella at Hainault Lodge Local Nature Reserve on Sunday, May 23.
Mr Cucarella, of London Wildlife Trust, will then show walkers how to prepare what they find using traditional and contemporary campfire cooking techniques.
The one day course will run from 10am until 4pm and costs £30 for adults and £20 for youngsters.
