POLICE have released CCTV images of a man suspected of placing a "skimming" device on a cash machine in Loughton.
Officers are trying to track down the man after an ATM machine at the Lloyds TSB bank in the Broadway was tampered with.
It happened at around 6.30am on Tuesday January 26, but police have only made the details public now.
The suspect is described as a white man, who is about 5’ 6” tall with a stocky build.
