The Museum of Childhood is hosting a series of events over half term. In The Secret Lives of Toys, you can enjoy intriguing eye-spy trails and arts and crafts activities, taking a look at the mysterious lives of some of the museum’s best-loved toys.
Activities include a Hidden Stories Trail taking place at 10.30am, 11.15am and noon, daily. Listen to tales of hidden toys then embark on a trail to unveil some of the toys’ deepest secrets. In Art Smarts, 2pm-4pm daily, create a dastardly disguise of your own at the arts and crafts table.
Wordburst: The Tiger Who Came to Tea, 11am-3pm, daily, is an action-packed family workshop led by the award-winning team from Artburst. Experience Judith Kerr’s well-loved picture book through drama, movement and art.
