THE owner of a Loughton nightspot will appear in court tomorrow accused of attacking a man outside his own bar.
Adam Brooks, who runs Nu Bar in the High Road, will go before Harlow Magistrates Court charged with causing grievous bodily harm.
It relates to an alleged incident which is said to have happened in the early hours of Saturday October 17 last year.
Mr Brooks, who lives in The Chase, Loughton, denies the charge.
Following his arrest in October Mr Brooks told the Guardian: "I can't comment until the police investigation is over. [But] I'm confident it's going to go away."
