POLICE have released CCTV stills of a man they suspect of stealing oil from a petrol station.

He is said to have entered the BP Service Station in The Broadway, Loughton, and removed a bottle of motor oil before leaving without paying.

It happened at 2.55pm on Saturday, April 23, although police have only made the details public now.

The man is described as being 5ft 9in tall, aged 26, with short dark hair balding at the front.

He is possibly of eastern European origin with an athletic build, and was wearing a blue T-shirt, blue denim jeans and white trainers.
