RESIDENTS on a housing estate were given the chance to air their day-to-day concerns at a consultation meeting.
Members of the Oakwood Hill Estate, in Loughton, met with representatives from Epping Forest District Council, the Police and the Safer Communities Partnership at their Senior Citizens' Club.
Complimentary mini manicures and balloon modelling were also on offer at the event plus a greetings card workshop and a colouring competition for primary school children.
District council community development worker Chris Burr said: “The day couldn’t have gone any better, we will take the results, analyse them and work with local residents to provide new activities for the area.”
