A 32-year-old has been charged in connection with an attack in Loughton which left a man with a fractured skull and cuts to his head.
The unnamed man, from Loughton, will appear at Harlow Magistrates Court accused of wounding with intent on Wednesday, June 16.
It comes after an alleged assault on a 21-year-old man from Abridge, who said he was attacked in Hillyfields, Loughton, at around 10pm on Thursday, September 24 last year.
