A BAR owner accused of an attack outside his nightspot has been ordered to return to court for a further hearing.
Adam Brooks, 30, who runs the Nu Bar in Loughton High Road, is alleged to have assaulted a man in the early hours of Saturday October 17 last year. He denies one count of causing grievous bodily harm.
Mr Brooks, of the Chase in Loughton, appeared at Harlow Magistrates Court yesterday but was released on unconditional bail and ordered to return on Tuesday July 27.
