AN INVESTIGATION has been launched into the cause of a large fire which broke out in an industrial estate.
Two storage buildings were engulfed by flames in Stone Shot Farm, Hoe Lane, Nazeing, just after 3.30pm yesterday (Friday).
Fire-fighters took more than three hours to bring the inferno under control.
There are no reports of any injuries.
A spokesman for Essex Fire and Rescue said: "Crews used two main jets, three jets, one hose reel and four sets of breathing apparatus.
"A thermal image camera was used to check for any remaining hot spots.
"The cause of the fire is unknown at this stage and ECFRS will carry out an investigation."
Crews from Waltham Abbey, Harlow, Loughton, Old Harlow and Brentwood all attended the scene.
