A MAN with links to the borough has been charged by police, after turning himself in following appeals in the media.
Hertfordshire Police asked for help in tracking down 20-year-old Shyan Myrie, from Hoddesdon, who they knew had links to areas Chadwell Heath and Ilford.
He was arrested at Hoddesdon Police Station yesterday (July 14) after turning himself in, and was charged with GBH, making threats to kill, and sending threatening messages.
He appeared at St Albans Magistrates Court today (July 15) and has been remanded in police custody.
