COMMUTERS suffered a nightmare journey into work this morning when engineering works on the Victoria Line overran, forcing the closure of Walthamstow Central and Blackhorse Road tube stations.
Frustrated travellers were forced to cram onto overground trains after the weekend works failed to finish as scheduled on Sunday night.
The line was suspended between Walthamstow Central and Seven Sisters, but has since re-opened with minor delays.
