POLICE are hunting a pair of violent muggers who attacked a 15-year-old boy and knocked two of his teeth out as they stole his mobile phone.
The victim was walking in Charlebury Gardens in Ilford on Saturday July 17 at around 8pm when he was attacked by the youths, who then made off in the direction of Green Lane.
The first suspect is described as being African or Caribbean, around 16 years old, 5'8”, and wearing a black cap, black jogging top, and a white metal chain. He had short hair and black facial hair on his chin.
The second is described as being of dark-skinned European appearance, also around 16, 5'6”, and wearing a black V-neck t-shirt with buttons and a green and purple trim around the collar. He had a shaven head or very short black hair.
