ABOUT 100 people visited an annual photography exhibition in Leytonstone on Saturday.
The competition was called Leytonstone Life and was part of the Leytonstone Festival and the arts trail taking place in the area.
One of the competition’s organisers, Jane Sterland from Ferndale Residents’ Association, said: “We had a great response from the public.
“The online voting forum included space for feedback on the exhibition and the comments were very positive.”
Nearly 80 people voted for their favourite photograph and the winners were announced by Waltham Forest Councillor Clyde Loakes.
The competition winners were: Evie Edworthy, for the At Work and Play category, Flash Bristow, for the Nature and Wildlife category, Luke Girling and Tim Foster for the Favourite Places category and Toby Dixon, who won the juniors section.
The exhibition will be on display again in September and October at the First Stop Shop in Church Lane.
