FIRE fighters tackled a fire which broke out in a terraced house.
Three fire engines and about 15 fire fighters attended a blaze in Dawlish Road, Leyton, at 12.30pm yesterday.
The fire took about 30 minutes to control and reportedly damaged about one quarter of the first floor.
One ambulance was called to the scene and paramedics attended to a man said to be in his 30s.
Two men left the house as it caught fire.
No one was taken to hospital.
The cause of the fire is under investigation.
