The Woodhouse Players presents a fresh new take on Oscar Wilde’s An Ideal Husband in their new production.
It tells the story of Robert Chiltern, a politician with principles, whose adoring wife Gertrude loves him precisely for his high moral standards. But the perfect image masks a guilty secret.
An Ideal Husband is at Welsh Church Hall, 879 High Road, Leytonstone, on July 23 and 24, July 30 and 31, 8pm, Saturday matinees, 3pm.
