AN event has been organised for designers and musicians to showcase their talents.
On Saturday, July 31, The Legacy Business Centre in Ruckholt Road, Leyton, will host the Lifestyle Over Fashion event.
The event will be from 3pm until 9pm and it is set to feature the young local designers showing off their brands on the catwalk.
The event has been arranged by Eldridge Cooke, of Lo-key Lifestyle Boutique based in High Road Leyton, other designers and Leyton town centre management.
Mr Cooke said there will also be music from local artists Fumin, Dean Marsh, Young Moe, Melo and Adjekum featuring Tantrum and crazy Harmonica.
He said: "There will be eight stalls for people to buy from and it is a day for everyone, it's good for the designers to get their stock out there and good for the town centre to show off the entrepreneurial spirit in the community."
