AN investigation has been launched into the cause of a fire which badly damaged a two storey house.
Four fire engines and around 20 firefighters tackled the blaze in Bond Street, near Chobham Road on the Stratford and Leytonstone border, on Friday (July 30).
There were no reported injuries.
A spokesman for the London FIre Brigade said: "We were called at 11.38am and the fire was under control by 12.08pm.
"Firefighters from Stratford and Leytonstone fire stations attended the incident."
