POLICE are warning residents to watch out for a gang who have been stealing garden furniture - including hanging baskets - from outside homes in Chingford.
Officers say a group of men have been seen driving up in a builder's type van and then jumping out and grabbing items from front gardens.
Large flower pots are also said to have been stolen during a raid in Chingford Green ward.
