THE owner of a bar accused of assaulting a man outside his premises has been given a date for a crown court appearance.
Adam Brooks, 30, who owns the Nu Bar, in Loughton High Road, is said to have assaulted a man causing grievous bodily harm on Saturday, October 17, last year.
He appeared at Harlow Magistrates Court last Tuesday, July 27, and was released on bail to appear at Chelmsford Crown Court on September 13 where a plea will be heard.
