A TEENAGER is fighting for his life after the third knife attack in Leytonstone in a week.
The 18-year-old was attacked in Cecil Road, off Harrow Road, at around 1.30pm on Monday.
An air ambulance, ambulance and two medical cars rushed to the scene and the teenager was taken to hospital in a critical condition.
Police say he had knife wounds in his chest and shoulder.
The attacked happened just streets away from where a 23-year-old man was stabbed on Sunday evening on a High Road zebra crossing after being chased by a gang.
Last Tuesday (July 27) Andrew Moskal, 29, was also attacked with a blade in the same street after trying to break up a fight.
Both men are expected to make full recoveries.
The Guardian is awaiting further details about yesterday's stabbing and news of the teenager's current condition.
