Rock band foursome Phyrexia, Reaping Havoc, Prometheus and Bleeding Oath play the Standard in Blackhorse Road, Walthamstow, on Thursday (August 5).
Entry to the gig, an unsigned band night organised by promoters Club Bus Wind, costs £5 with a band flyer or £6 without.
Doors open around 8.30pm.
Los Otros play some classic jazz standards at Ye Olde Rose and Crown Theatre Pub in Hoe Street, Walthamstow, next Tuesday (August 10).
The performance is in the main bar from 8pm, and entry is free.
Jazz singer Bernice Butcher plays a benefit gig for Breast Cancer UK at the Mohabir Indian Restaurant in Woodford Green High Road on Saturday (August 7).
Tina T's Soul and Funk Jam hits the Plough Inn, on Wood Street, Walthamstow, this Thursday (August 5).
The monthly night lets punters jam along to everything from reggae to jazz.
Participants are advised to come early if they want to play, and to bring their own instruments.
Backline is provided.
It runs from 8pm until midnight, and entry is free.
Johnny Black and the League of Nations plays the Plough pub on Saturday (August 7). Support comes from Peppercornrent and other acts.

Waltham Abbey Folk Club, in Brooker Road, host a Singaround night on Monday (August 9).
Tickets cost £1.50p and doors open at 8.30pm.
