ABOUT 2,000 people are expected at the Toot Hill Country show on Saturday.
The show, which is organised by the Toot Hill Horticultural Society, will be held in Church Road, Stanford Rivers and events will include a produce show, classic car rally, a falconry display and dance performance.
The organiser of the day's festivities, Maurice Harvey, said: “It's really aimed at the community, so the greatest challenge is always to find volunteers.
“We had roughly 2,000 people last year. We hope that after this show, we will have enough money in the kitty to create a charitable fund for Toot Hill organisations.”
There will also be entertainment at the show on Saturday evening from 7pm, with the marquee open for picnics and a band.
Anyone who wants to volunteer can telephone Maurice or Leonie Harvey on 01277 366102.
