A MAN has been charged with murder of a 25-year-old in Leytonstone.
Vygantas Ciapas, of Birch Grove, Leytonstone, is accused of killing fellow Lithuanian Rolandas Vosylius at Leytonstone High Road Railway station on Tuesday, July 20.
Ciapas, 19, from Lithuania, was arrested at an address in Leytonstone on Wednesday evening.
He is to due appear at the City of Westminster Magistrates Court for a first hearing today (August 6).
A man, 35, and a woman, 34, both from Leytonstone, were arrested on suspicion of assisting an offender to evade arrest.
They have been released on police bail until Monday, September 6, pending further police enquiries.
