JERMAIN Defoe makes his return to the Spurs line-up after a three match ban, as Harry Redknapp names a strong team for their FA Cup clash against Charlton Athletic.
The striker saw red against Aston Villa in the Premier League last month and is one of nine changes from Spurs' last match as he joins Roman Pavlyuchenko in attack.
Meanwhile, youngster Andros Townsend makes his debut for the club alongside Niko Kranjcar, Sandro, and Wilson Palacios in midfield.
Among Charlton's starting eleven are two faces sure to be familiar to the White Hart Lane faithful, in the shape of Gary Doherty and Johnnie Jackson.
