STUDENTS have set a new exam record.
Kind Harold Business and Enterprise Academy, on Broomstick Hall Road in Waltham Abbey, recorded its best exam results as 40 per cent of those who took the early entry GCSE exams in November achieved a grade A*-C.
There were plenty of high fliers as well, as 23 per cent achieved grades A*-B in English and 29 per cent achieved grades A*-B in maths.
Headteacher Denice Halpin said: “With the summer examinations still four months away, our students are on course to achieve even higher grades before they leave. This is a superb achievement and proof of the rapidly escalating academic standards at King Harold.”
