A STUDENT has been charged with the murder of man whose body was found in a Leytonstone flat.

Emlyn Evans-Loude, 26, lived at the basement flat in Wallwood Road where Michal Mazur was found dead on Wednesday at 4.15 pm.

A post-mortem revealed he had died of head, neck and facial injuries.

Evans-Loude, a student at London Metropolitan University, was arrested in Devon on Wednesday and yesterday charged with murder.

He appeared at Redbridge Magistrates' Court today and was remanded in custody.

He is due to appear at the Old Bailey on Tuesday.

A 20-year-old woman who was arrested in Leicester on Friday has been released on bail.
