IT is going to be a crazy, crazy, crazy, CRAZY night at the Standard this Saturday (February 5) when KISS tribute band Dressed to Kill play a headline set.
Now celebrating their 10th anniversary year, this experienced group have toured across Europe, including performances at several KISS conventions.
So, if the tunes of Ace Frehley and Gene Simmons are your thing, head on down for a memorable night at the venue, which is located opposite Blackhorse Road tube station in Walthamstow.
Tickets cost £10 and doors open around 8pm.
Concertina and guitar player Chris Bennett performs at Loughton Folk Club this Thursday (February 3).
Entry to the show, at the Loughton Club in Station Road, opens at 8pm.
Admission is £2, or £1 for members.
Walthamstow Folk Club settle into their new home at Ye Olde Rose and Crown in Hoe Street, Walthamstow, with a show by up-and-coming young fiddle player Jackie Oates.
The gig, on Sunday February 6, is in the pub's theatre room and starts at 7.30pm.
Admission is £8, or £7 for concessions.
Meanwhile on Tuesday (February 8) Bossa Nova group Los Otros play in Ye Olde Rose and Crown's main bar area from 8pm.
Entry is free.
Gareth Williams' Power Trio play the East Side Jazz Club next Tuesday (February 8).
Mr Williams has been praised for his skillful piano skills and has even been dubbed a "Welsh Wizard" by BBC Music Magazine.
Entry to the club, at the Lord Rookwood pub in Cann Hall Road, Leytonstone, is £5.
Doors open at 8.30pm.
Over in Harlow, rock group This Familiar Smile headline a night of unsigned bands on Thursday (February 3).
Two support acts are yet to be confirmed.
Entry is £4 or free for Square members.
Doors are open at 8pm and it's over 16s only.
Punk band Giants play the venue on Saturday (February 5), supported by This Distance, Dying in Deep Water and Patriot.
Doors are at 8pm and price is to be confirmed.
