TWO brothers are hoping to bring business to a “neglected” road with their new restaurant, which opened yesterday.

Badrul and Shoriful Haque, 41 and 27, opened the doors of Temple, their new Indian-Bangladeshi restaurant in Snakes Lane East, to the public on Tuesday evening after months of planning.

The venue houses 60 people inside and 20 outside and serves Indian, Bangladeshi and Nepalese food.

“This side of Woodford Green is a little bit neglected in terms of business,” said Shoriful.

“Hopefully we can change that and make it an exciting place to be.”

Temple is the sixth business venture from the brothers, who own venues in Hertfordshire and London.
