A GROUP has invited residents to join them exploring Wanstead on foot.
The group meets every Saturday at 10.30am outside Wanstead Place Surgery.
Walks are taken at an easy pace over even ground and generally last an hour.
The group is organised by the Redbridge Sport and Physical Activity Team.
It is free to join and all are welcome.
