THE trial of a man accused of raping a teenage girl with learning difficulties has been adjourned.
Kyle Tyrone Dacosta, 20, of Markhouse Road, Walthamstow is charged with raping the 16-year-old twice, sexually assaulting her and trapping her in the baby changing room of a Loughton supermarket, as well as trying to rape another girl twice.
His trial began at Chelmsford Crown Court on Tuesday (August 9) and will continue at a future date, which has yet to be set.
