A RANGE of exotic stress busting treatments will be on offer at Waltham Abbey Town Hall on September 24.
The treatments range from chakra balancing to heated bamboo massage and generally last 15 minutes.
Prices start at £5 and there is a £2 admission fee at the door.
There is also a light relaxation therapy zone and a stress buster hand zone, which are free.
