AN ENFIELD man has been charged with looting the Walthamstow branch of Homebase during this month's riots.
Sean McArdle, 30, of First Avenue, was arrested and charged with burglary yesterday (Tuesday August 23).
He is accused of stealing from the DIY store, in Fulbourne Road, in the early hours of Tuesday August 9.
Police are not releasing information about what he is alleged to have stolen.
He has been remanded in custody and is due to appear at Thames Magistrates Court today (Wednesday August 24).
