FAMILY and friends of a teenager who was stabbed to death in Walthamstow marched through the streets to mark the third anniversary of his death.
The procession in memory of CJ Hendricks, who died aged 17 in an attack close to Walthamstow bus station on August 24, 2008, was also held in protest at knife crime and gang culture.
No-one has ever been convicted of his murder. A 17-year-old went on trial in 2009 but was cleared.
The march, on Wednesday August 24, began at Abbotts Park, in Abbotts Park Road, Leyton, and finished at Walthamstow Town Square.
