DOZENS of firefighters were called to a blazing building last night.
Six fire engines and around 30 firefighters took two hours to extinguish a flaming disused two-storey office building after they were called on scene just after 8pm.
Part of the first floor and most of the roof of the former Dairy Crest building, in Chigwell Road, South Woodford, were damaged and the fire was put out just after 10pm.
The London Fire Brigade is investigating the cause of the fire. The Metropolitan Police said they were also investigating and believe the fire could have been started on purpose.
