Chelsea are prepared to let youngsters Josh McEachran and Romelu Lukaku leave the club on loan in January if they are not playing enough games for the Blues.
According The Sun, Andre Villas-Boas sees the duo as an important part in the clubs future but their development could be hampered by a lack of regular football.
Lukaku was the subject of a move by Stoke City in the last transfer window but the move could not go through due to FIFA regulations while Chelsea rejected a bid from Wigan to borrow McEachran during the summer.
