A 28-year-old man was reportedly stabbed in the early hours of this morning.
Police have confirmed they were called to reports of a disturbance in Hall Lane, Chingford, at around 2.20am today (Saturday May 26).
Police are still working to establish what happened and details are sketchy at this stage.
However it is believed that a man was stabbed and another man suffered a gash to the head.
One of those injured is thought to have gone to hospital by himself.
Police closed Hall Lane between the junctions with Chingford Mount Road and Tufton Road for around 11 hours while they investigated.
The area was reopened to the public at around 11.30am Saturday, but an alleyway opposite the King's Ford pub in Chingford Mount Road remained taped off.
There are no details of any arrests.
