A TEENAGER will lead the England football team out onto the pitch at Euro 2012.
Coby Rowe, 16, from St Catherine's Road in Chingford, will be one of eight flag bearers walking onto the pitch in Ukraine with his heroes for their first game this summer.
Coby even met former England and Liverpool legend John Barnes earlier this month, who prepared him for his big day by sharing experiences of his own time at tournaments.
Coby said: "I’m a huge football fan and watch all the England games so actually being there to hold the England flag is going to be the best thing ever! I’m really excited to be going to the Euros."
The teenager was picked to take part in the Coca Cola-organised flag bearing through Special Olympics Great Britain, which helps children with learning disabilities.
