A SECOND man has been arrested over the fatal stabbing of O'Neil Irwin.

A 21-year-old was arrested in Stratford this morning on suspicion of murder and is still being questioned.

Mr Irwin flagged down a passing police patrol car in Ulverston Road, Walthamstow, after being attacked on May 21.

The 36-year-old, who lived at various addresses in Walthamstow, died on the street from a stab wound to the heart while being treated by paramedics.

Posters and leaflets distributed in the area said a man was spotted cycling away from the scene.

A 20-year-old man arrested on May 23 has been bailed until July pending further enquiries.
