A SECOND man has been arrested over the fatal stabbing of O'Neil Irwin.
A 21-year-old was arrested in Stratford this morning on suspicion of murder and is still being questioned.
Mr Irwin flagged down a passing police patrol car in Ulverston Road, Walthamstow, after being attacked on May 21.
The 36-year-old, who lived at various addresses in Walthamstow, died on the street from a stab wound to the heart while being treated by paramedics.
Posters and leaflets distributed in the area said a man was spotted cycling away from the scene.
A 20-year-old man arrested on May 23 has been bailed until July pending further enquiries.
