AN 18-year-old has become the second person to be charged with murdering a man at Westfield shopping centre.
Riaz Anderson, of Essex Close, Walthamstow, is accused of killing Liam Woodfords during a fight on June 29.
He is also charged with violent disorder, as is Michael Alvaranga, 23, of Cookes Close, Leytonstone, and a 20-year-old Walthamstow man who police have refused to name.
A 17-year-old, who has not been named, has also been charged with murder.
A total of nine other people have been charged with violent disorder in relation to the incident.
Anderson was remanded in custody after appearing at Thames Magistrates' Court on Friday.
