A FIRE on a group of sheds is thought to have been caused by someone carelessly throwing away a cigarette.
Four fire engines and around 20 firefighters attended the blaze at 3.15am on Monday (July 23) in Woodville Road, South Woodford.
The fire completely destroyed four sheds and was under control by 4.30am.
The flames were visable above the nearby houses and small pops and bangs were heard as aerosols in the sheds exploded.
Crews from Woodford, Leytonstone and Ilford fire stations attended the scene.
