A MAN has been arrested after a large fight outside a pub.
It happened by the Cock Tavern in Walthamstow High Street at around 9.50pm last Wednesday (October 10).
Police found an injured 28-year-old man at the scene who was taken to hospital for treatment.
A Met spokesman said: "Police at this early stage are keeping an open mind as regards the motive behind the attack."
The road was closed off by police until the next morning while detectives investigated.
A 20-year-old man was arrested by investigating officers shortly after and the Guardian is awaiting an update if he has been charged.
Further details of the injured man and his current condition are yet to be released.
