A MAN has been charged with three counts of assault after a brawl outside a pub.
Jetmir Mugi, 35, handed himself in to a police station following the fight next to the Cock Tavern in Walthamstow High Street last Wednesday evening (October 10) at 9.50pm.
A 28-year-old man was badly injured in the incident and remains in hospital in a stable condition.
Mr Mugi, of Hillcrest Road in Walthamstow, is also charged with immigration offences.
Meanwhile police say a 20-year-old man arrested at the scene has been released without charge.
Mr Mugi will appear at Snaresbrook Crown Court on Tuesday October 30.
A Met spokesman said no weapons were used in the fight.
