Waltham Forest ladies grabbed a last-gasp equaliser to draw 2-2 against Broxbourne having been 2-0 down at half-time.
Forest started brightly against their high-flying opponents and could have taken the lead when Anna Ring fired wide.
However it was Broxbourne who struck the first blow, scoring with a low snap shot after breaking effectively.
Broxbourne doubled their lead before the break when a low drive found the corner of the Forest net.
The hosts were not to be deterred though, and Charlotte Pether was well denied twice before half-time.
Ten minutes into the second-half, Forest’s pressure paid off when Lucy Butcher’s deflected home following a short-corner routine.
Forest continued to press and with time running out, forced an equaliser when Mandy Biggs won the ball on the edge of the area before bursting through and slotting past the visitor’s ‘keeper.
