Toby were unable to repeat their giant-killing exploits in the cup as Senior Division opponents Rayleigh Town gained a 4-1 away win.

A Jack Gardner hat-trick and a solo from Lewis Manor booked Town's place in the next round.

Joining them will be Wadham Lodge who had a battle royale with Old Southendian which ended 3-2 in their favour. Mark McHugh and Ollie Tatton-Bennett scored for Old Southendian but Bobby Devyne with a double and one other strike from Marcus Samuels saw Wadham Lodge through.

In the Premier Division bottom club Hutton took all three points at Westhamians thanks to a solo goal from James Bowyer that won the game 1-0. The welcome three points keeps Hutton bottom but closes the gap on the teams just above them.
