East London Runners saw five of their runners finish in the top ten of the Wanstead Flats 5km run on Saturday, though none could manage to record a new personal best.
It was again Euan Brown who finished first with a time of 16.55 and a minute behind him in second was Thomas Grimes with 17.55.
Milliseconds separated second and third as Patrick Brown also finished his race with a time of 17.55.
Andrew Baxter and Gavin Stebbing both recorded times over 19 minutes, finishing fifth and sixth respectively.
In 17th was the first woman to finish the race, Sharon Springfield, who crossed the line with a time of 21.11.
Sophie Edwards and David Wyatt could only be separated by milliseconds, but it was Edwards who finished ahead in 44th with Wyatt a place further back.
Behind them was Andrea Waller in 61st (27.15) and Regis Martin, who finished 68th (28.41). In the Walthamstow 5km, Alex Haward recorded a personal best with a time of 19.44, finishing the race in third.
George Georgiou was sixth and also ended the race with a personal best time of 21.37.
Just inside the top ten in ninth was Jonathan Wooldridge with a time of 22.01, while Phoebe Bowman finished in 15th (23.00).
At the park run in Mile End, Lee Wollaston recorded a time of 21.12, while in Barking Ramesh Pala stopped the clock 21.38.
Dan Spinks finished in 22.34 at Gunnersbury and in Valentines Park Katherine Harris posted a time of 26.46.
On Sunday at the Hook 10m, Allan Todd dug deep to record a new personal best time of 66.36 and at the Bexley AC 10km Grimes clinched first in 36.12.
