ARSENAL boss Arsene Wenger has moved to dismiss claims that midfielder Mathieu Flamini is on his way out of the Emirates.
Flamini has been linked with a summer move to Italian giants Juventus, but Wenger insists that is not the case.
The Arsenal manager said: "No, that is not true. Juventus have called me and told me they are not interested in Mathieu Flamini."
Wenger is keen to tie up a new deal for the Frenchman, as the 24-year-old's contract is up at the end of next season. However, a new deal has yet to be agreed, despite Flamini breaking into the first-team this season and forging a dynamic partnership with Cesc Fabregas.
It was rumoured Flamini was going to leave Arsenal at the end of last season, but the holding midfield player decided to stay put and fight for his place; a place he has won from World Cup winner Gilberto Silva.
