ORIENT boss Geraint Williams admits pressure is on him ahead of Satuday’s derby clash against Millwall.

"The more you go without winning, then yes, the pressure does mount" he said.

The O’s have not won a game in League One since the opening day of the season.

WIlliams said he thinks a victory is so close, and that Orient need just a little luck.

“Overall, we should have more points for our performances. Little things haven’t gone our way. But every manager can say that.

“We've got to come out fighting and make sure our performances get better and that we get stronger and turn those things into our favour.”

Millwall have suffered a tough start to their league campaign too.

But they secured a first win in five league games last weekend, against Huddersfield.

Now the two London teams meet at Brisbane Road this weekend.
