DAGENHAM & Redbridge boss John Still has signed an extension to his current deal that will keep him at the club until 2014.
The 59-year-old is the sixth longest-serving manager in English football, having rejoined the club for a second time in 2004, following an earlier stint in the early nineties.
Still has guided the Daggers to second place in League Two, just two years after winning promotion from the Conference.
He said: “I'm very happy to commit my immediate future to Dagenham & Redbridge Football Club.
“I want to consolidate all the work we've done so far in getting to where we are and I want us to keep making steps in the right direction, applying the same principles we have done and who knows what we can achieve.”
Still is still in the market for a left-back ahead of the visit of Port Vale on Saturday, following last week's departure of Scott Griffiths to Peterborough United.
