Dagenham & Redbridge 2
Aldershot 5
League Two
DAGENHAM & Redbridge slipped further off the pace in League Two after they were stunned by Aldershot in a seven-goal thriller at Victoria Road.
The Daggers collapsed in the last half an hour of the game, shipping three goals to turn a point into a demoralising defeat that sees them clinging on to fourth place.
Anthony Charles put Aldershot ahead before handling in his own area to allow the returning Mark Arber to draw John Still's men level from the spot.
Andy Sandell's volley put the visitors ahead again, but Seth Ofori-Twumasi levelled things up for Dagenham.
Marvin Morgan then put the Daggers behind for a third time in the game, and Aldershot were able to see the game out, adding two more goals from Marlon Jackson and Louie Soares.
